Job Description

As a Senior Supply Chain Planning Manager at GXO Logistics, you will lead end-to-end planning across a dynamic transportation and warehousing network. You will own demand, supply and inventory planning, driving S&OP processes that align operations, finance and customer expectations. Using advanced analytics, ERP and WMS tools, you'll build robust forecasts, optimize inventory and capacity, and improve on-time performance. You'll partner closely with operations and customer teams, lead continuous improvement initiatives using automation and data, and develop a high-performing team in GXO's performance-driven, safety-focused and collaborative culture. Responsibilities Lead demand, supply and inventory planning for a multi-site logistics network Own S&OP processes to align operations, finance and customer requirements Develop and refine forecasting models using analytics and historical trends Optimize inventory levels, safety stock and service performance KPIs Collaborate with operations, transportation and customer teams on capacity plans Use ERP, WMS and planning tools to drive data-driven decisions Identify and execute continuous improvement and automation initiatives Manage, mentor and develop a team of planners and analysts Required Skills supply chain planningdemand forecasting S&OPinventory optimizationtransportation planningadvanced Excel
