This role works closely with Internal Sales, Regional Sales, Production, Logistics providers, and Headquarters in South Korea to ensure dealer orders are fulfilled on time and inventory is managed efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced with SAP and advanced Excel reporting. This individual will play a key role in supporting business growth through effective supply chain execution and continuous process improvement.
Key responsibilities include the following:
Monthly Shipment Management Manage monthly shipment activities to support dealer order fulfillment and wholesale targets. Coordinate with HQ S&OP and SCM teams regarding machine allocation, production schedules, and shipment priorities. Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Internal Sales team to ensure on-time product delivery to dealer. Support monthly demand and shipment forecasting activities. Inventory Management Monitor and manage inventory levels to optimize product availability Provide regular inventory reporting, including sellable inventory and fixed assets. Support actions to reduce aged inventory and improve inventory efficiency. SCM Data Management and Reporting Build SCM datasets and reporting tools using Excel and SAP. Deliver recurring SCM reports covering sales orders, shipments, inventory, and forecasts. Track and report key SCM performance indicators, including: Shipment, Age inventory, and so on. How Success Will Be Measured Improvement of inventory turns and reduction of aged inventory. Accuracy of shipment and inventory forecasting. Timely and accurate delivery of SCM reports and business insights. Successful implementation of process improvements and operational efficiencies. What You Bring Required Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, or a related field. 7+ years of supply chain, operations, logistics, or related business experience. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and reporting automation. Hands-on SAP experience (SD/MM preferred) Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience managing large datasets. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams and overseas headquarters. Preferred Experience in construction equipment, or industrial manufacturing industries. Understanding of dealer-based distribution networks and inventory management practices. Experience supporting multinational organizations and global supply chain operations.
