operates a group of established cosmetics and skincare retail stores in Hawaii. We're looking for a hands-on, reliable Logistics & Operations Manager to own everything that keeps our stores running behind the scenes — from the warehouse to the storefronts. What you'll do Run our warehouse: receive deliveries and shipments, manage stock organization, and keep inventory accurate through regular counts Keep stores stocked with product, supplies, and accessories Pack and ship customer orders accurately and on time Handle maintenance and upkeep of our store locations — repairs, coordinating vendors, keeping every location presentable and functional Manage company housing — upkeep, turnovers, and anything residents need Maintain the company vehicle fleet: service schedules, registrations, cleanliness, and repairs Take on the logistical curveballs every week brings — this role is for a problem-solver, not a box-checker What we're looking for Proven experience in logistics, warehouse operations, facilities, or a similar hands-on role Strong organizational skills and follow-through — you close loops without being chased Comfortable with physical work: lifting boxes (up to 50 lbs), moving stock, minor repairs Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (you'll drive company vehicles daily) Self-starter who can prioritize independently across multiple locations Basic comfort with inventory systems, spreadsheets, and messaging apps What we offer Two weeks of paid time off per year Stable, long-term position with a growing local retail group Variety — no two days look alike A small, direct team where your work is visible and valued

Pay:

$25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
