We are Hawaii's premier provider of high-end water filtration and office coffee solutions. We don't just deliver products; we deliver a premium service experience. To maintain that standard as we scale, we need an operational "anchor" who ensures our systems, assets, and logistics are executed with flawless precision.
Job Summary:
This is not a traditional desk-based role; it is a high-impact, in-person position suited for a highly organized professional who excels at coordinating people, processes, and projects. The individual in this role will serve as the central point of contact for external vendors, internal teams, and project initiatives. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to maintaining structure, accuracy, and clear timelines across all responsibilities.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
1. Project Management & Software Implementation Lead the rollout and implementation of new software tools and system enhancements (e.g., Salesforce updates, inventory tracking modules). Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external software or service vendors, ensuring clear communication and successful execution. 2. Asset & Inventory Oversight Maintain a centralized "source of truth" for all customer contracts, physical assets, inventory levels, and warranty data, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Regularly audit data integrity and collaborate with leadership and vendors to identify and implement process improvements. Act as the subject matter expert for asset and inventory management systems and processes. Oversee the full lifecycle of equipment assets, including procurement, logistics, maintenance, and retirement. 3. Process Development (SOPs) Identify operational inefficiencies and develop clear, structured standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve consistency and performance. Support Salesforce reporting and analytics to provide leadership with accurate, real-time insights into operational performance. 4. Vendor & Contract Management Manage and maintain relationships with both local and mainland vendors. Oversee contract renewals, pricing updates, and vendor performance to ensure optimal cost efficiency and service quality. Execute on purchasing assets, supplies and arrange freight logistics Maintain inventory levels and pricing margins within company guidelines 5. Hands-On Support & Cross-Functional Coordination Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow between departments. Align team execution with company goals and leadership direction.
Required Skills & Abilities Quality-First Mindset:
Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy—never settling for "good enough."
Salesforce Expertise:
Advanced proficiency in Salesforce administration (preferred - willing to train), including data management, migrations, and reporting.
Project & Vendor Leadership:
Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage third-party vendors through technical implementations and operational projects.
Operational Awareness:
Highly hands-on and observant, with the ability to maintain real-time visibility over inventory and fleet operations in an in-person environment. Education and Experience 3+ years of experience in Operations, Logistics, or Project Management. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Occasionally need to move around the office for meetings and events. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
