Summary As a Receiving/Inventory Manager at Martin & MacArthur, you will oversee the efficient receipt and management of inventory across our locations. This role is essential in ensuring that our unique products are available to our customers while upholding our commitment to quality and exceptional service. Responsibilities Supervise the receiving process for all incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Manage inventory control systems to track stock levels . Collaborate with Store Management and Buyers to ensure all stores get the right product at the right time Train and mentor staff on best practices for receiving and inventory management. Conduct regular audits of inventory to maintain accuracy and prevent discrepancies. Ensure compliance with safety standards during the receiving process. Develop relationships with suppliers to facilitate smooth operations. Assist in payroll hours processing related to receiving department staff. Qualifications Proven experience in inventory control or store management, preferably in retail or manufacturing. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Excellent customer service skills to enhance client interactions. Familiarity with payroll processes is a plus but not mandatory. Demonstrated ability in time management and organizational skills. Experience in the Retail sales industry is beneficial but not required.
