Purpose Providing strategic leadership for EFCO's Materials Management and is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the organization's global supply chain, including vendor selection & management, material and accessory procurement, outsourcing, and inventory control, including on time arrival for use to ensure a consistent, cost-effective supply of goods and services. Champion enterprise alignment on best practices in purchasing, inventory optimization, and vendor performance. This role requires a visionary leader who can align supply chain strategies with company values and strategic objectives while fostering collaboration and innovation across global / cross-functional teams, and is accountable for the end-to-end purchase order process including the integration among internal functions

Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.Experience:
5-10 years of experience in manufacturing, procurement, and operations. Certification(s) and License(s): CPSM or CSCP preferredLeadership:
Demonstrated leadership skills and alignment with EFCO core values.Computer Skills:
Strong MRP and plant floor systems experience preferred; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and related PC tools.Other Requirements:
Excellent judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality. Skilled in negotiating, developing and delivering presentations and training. Ability to travel occasionally / as needed .Purchasing KPI's:
