JOB TITLE

: Parts Manager Intern- PAID

OVERVIEW

The Parts Manager Intern position is responsible for assisting Parts Manager & Parts Specialist with pulling parts and selling to respective repair orders as needed by the technicians, develop and generate reports from EVO and other web-based systems, assist the shipping and receiving department with the receipt of parts and merchandise and perform ad-hoc inventory checks and inventory clean-up. The Parts Manager Intern must be professional, maintain a positive attitude, and uphold Mau Marine's mission .

RESPONSIBILITIES

The following responsibilities will be expected for this position: Greet retail customers and ask to assist Assist Parts Manager with pulling parts and selling to respective repair orders as needed by the technicians Create daily cash deposit for the Service Office Develop and generate reports from EVO and other web-based systems Perform ad-hoc inventory checks and inventory clean-up Assist the shipping and receiving department with the receipt of parts and merchandise Work Mau Marine special events as needed Special Projects as assigned Other duties as presented by management

REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must possess the following qualifications: Pursuing a degree in Business Admin, Management, Accounting or a related field Ability to maintain accurate records Excellent organizational and communication skills Detail-oriented and multi-tasking skills Good analytical and problem-solving skills Strong computer skills Maintains regular and punctual attendance. Works extended hours, outside of regular shift schedule, as required by operational needs
