About us Team Stradale is a small business in Joliet, IL. We are professional, customer-centric, fast-paced and our goal is to create an efficient parts inventory system and service writing deparment. Our home base is located in Joliet, but we do take parts to races during our active race season. We have recently expanded to a Florida location as well and plan to set up a parts department there as well. We are in a fast paced and exciting setting, especially for people who is an auto racing enthusiast. We are looking for someone to come to the table with skills in inventory management, organization and great communication skills.

Duties:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Suspend and transmit work orders to the appropriate technicians
- Schedule appointments for various services, such as oil changes, tire services, auto body repairs, shocks and struts replacements, wheel alignments, diesel engine repairs, air brake inspections, and brake repairs
- Communicate with customers about the status of their vehicles and any additional repairs or services needed
- Provide accurate estimates for repair costs and timelines
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service history
- Coordinate with parts department to ensure timely delivery of necessary parts for repairs
- Ensure that all work is completed in a timely manner and meets quality standards
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a service writer or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of automotive repair terminology and processes
- Familiarity with computer systems and software used in automotive service departments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
