Position Summary The Controller will serve as a key member of the leadership team, responsible for managing all financial activities and implementing the financial strategy of Diamond Fulfillment Solutions. This leader will support operational excellence across fulfillment, warehousing, and transportation functions while ensuring financial sustainability and profitable growth. A strong background in logistics, distribution, or supply chain financial management is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Strategic & Financial Leadership Help develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals and operational growth plans. Provide data-driven financial insights to strengthen performance and support executive decision-making. Lead financial modeling, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning. Financial Operations & Reporting Manage accounting, budgeting, forecasting, payroll, and treasury functions. Ensure accurate, timely financial statements, audits, and regulatory reporting. Maintain strong internal controls and support compliance across fulfillment and warehousing operations. Cost Control & Operational Support Analyze cost drivers related to warehousing, order fulfillment, transportation, workforce utilization, and inventory flows. Support pricing strategies, RFPs, vendor negotiations, and contract profitability. Partner with operations leadership to improve efficiency and reduce unnecessary costs. Cash Flow & Capital Management Manage cash flow, capital allocation, and financial risk. Manage banking relationships, credit, financing, and investment strategies. Support major capital expenditure decisions related to facility expansion, equipment, or technology upgrades. Team Leadership Manage and develop the finance and accounting team. Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (required). MBA, CPA, CMA, or related certification preferred. Experience 7 - 10 years of progressive financial management experience Prior experience in logistics, fulfillment, warehousing, or distribution environments strongly preferred. Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and risk management. Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of fulfillment center operations, logistics cost structures, and supply chain financial metrics. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in ERP systems, financial software, and data analysis tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead financial strategy for a growing organization.
