Job Description
About the RoleWe are seeking contract clinicians to provide telehealth counseling services to children, adults, and families. Ideal candidates are trauma-informed, self-directed, and committed to accessible mental health care.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide individual, family, and/or group counseling servicesDeliver trauma-informed, culturally responsive careConduct client assessments and develop treatment plansMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationCollaborate with internal team members and external service providersSupport clients in building coping skills and achieving treatment goalsFollow all ethical, legal, and confidentiality standardsQualificationsActive licensure (e.g., LPCs, LCPCs, CADCs, LSWs, LCSWs, or Masters-level clinicians accruing hours)Experience working with diverse populations, including children and familiesKnowledge of trauma-informed care and client-centered approachesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work independently as a contractorPreferred Skills & ExperienceExperience with trauma, substance use, anxiety, depression, family systems, or housing instabilityBackground in community mental health or nonprofit settingsFamiliarity with evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, etc.)Work ArrangementContract-based (1099) positionFlexible schedule based on availabilityOptions for in-person, hybrid, or telehealth services Supervision opportunities (as applicable) recblid imfrmlz0hpgfht5kf2mt7ovrukqs7w Not Specified
