Ogden Lincoln of Westmont is entering an exciting new phase. As we reorganize and grow while our dealership is under construction , we are seeking an experienced and motivated Parts Manager to onboard and help lead our Parts Department into the future. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys building processes, developing teams, and playing a key role during a period of transformation and growth.

Position Overview:

The Parts Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the parts department, including inventory control, staff leadership, vendor relationships, and operational efficiency, while supporting the service and sales departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the parts department Maintain accurate inventory levels and control obsolescence Lead, train, and develop parts department staff Ensure timely and accurate parts sourcing for service and sales Work closely with service management to support repair flow Oversee parts ordering, pricing, warranties, and returns Implement and refine processes during dealership reorganization Maintain organization and efficiency during construction and daily operations

Qualifications:

Previous Parts Manager experience preferred Lincoln/Ford experience is a strong plus Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Knowledge of dealer management systems and OEM processes Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment Results-driven with a team-first mindset Why Join Ogden Lincoln of Westmont?
