We are currently seeking an experienced Parts Manager to join our esteemed team at Auto Giant USA, an independent luxury dealership specializing in high-end vehicles. The chosen candidate will undertake the pivotal role of overseeing all aspects of parts procurement, stocking, and distribution. Responsibilities encompass maintaining optimal parts inventory, timely requisitioning, meticulous record-keeping of transactions, coordinating with vendors for punctual deliveries, and providing exemplary customer service to address inquiries regarding parts availability, pricing, and ordering details. The ideal candidate should bring forth excellent organizational acumen, multitasking proficiency, and a robust understanding of parts management, substantiating our commitment to sustaining seamless operations and customer satisfaction within the luxury automotive domain.
Responsibilities:
Must have Independent and luxury dealership prior work experience. Maintain inventory of parts and supplies. Order parts and supplies when needed. Track and document all incoming and outgoing parts and supplies. Communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts and supplies. Maintain records of all parts transactions. Provide customer service to customers regarding parts availability, pricing, and ordering information.
