full-time MRO Specialist - Louisville, KY | $89K-$100K + Bonus Potential A Louisville-based manufacturing organization is looking for an MRO Specialist to take ownership of its Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO) program and help improve inventory management, storeroom performance and maintenance reliability. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands that effective MRO is about more than simply ordering parts-it's about having the right parts, in the right quantities, available when maintenance needs them. What you'll be responsible for:

• Develop and optimize MRO inventory and critical-spares strategies
• Improve storeroom layout, organization, 5S and inventory accuracy
• Manage

CMMS/ERP

data, including parts, costing and material transactions

• Establish reorder points, stocking levels and lead-time strategies
• Partner with Reliability Engineering to identify critical components
• Develop Bills of Materials (BOMs) for critical equipment
• Manage vendors and obtain pricing and availability for parts/services
• Lead cycle counting and physical inventory programs
• Help improve overall MRO processes, efficiency and maintenance support What makes this opportunity interesting: You'll serve as the connection point between Maintenance, Reliability, Inventory and Purchasing , with the opportunity to make meaningful improvements to how the site manages its MRO operation.
