This position will coordinate drivers, organize routes, track shipments, and communicate with drivers and company representatives to ensure operations run smoothly. Responsibilities Organize and coordinate daily driver routes Track shipments, pickups, and deliveries Monitor driver progress and route completion Communicate with drivers throughout the day Handle delays, scheduling changes, and transportation issues Communicate shipment updates and problems with company representatives Maintain organized shipment, route, and driver records Assist with driver scheduling and coverage Resolve day-to-day operational issues Provide management with operational updates and reports Qualifications Strong communication and organizational skills Dependable and able to work independently Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, GPS, and tracking systems Logistics, dispatching, transportation, or management experience preferred

Compensation:

$3,000-$5,000 monthly, depending on experience and responsibilities. Supreme Works is looking for someone who is reliable, professional, detail-oriented, and capable of keeping drivers and daily operations organized and on schedule.
