Key Responsibilities:

Support daily store operations and customer service Open and close the store when scheduled Lead shifts in the absence of a manager Assist with training and supervising sales associates Ensure merchandise is organized and replenished Help evaluate and price gently used teen/young adult fashion Promote store promotions and loyalty programs Maintain a clean, fun, and fashion-focused environment

Qualifications:

Retail experience required (resale experience is a plus) Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong attention to detail and reliability Passion for fashion, trends, and sustainable shopping Must be available evenings and weekends
