Job Description

Walser Genesis Auto Parts Manager Merriam, KS Area | $6,000•7,000/month (based on experience) We are seeking an experienced Auto Parts Manager to join a well-established automotive group with over 40 years of success in the business. This is a search for a key leadership role in our parts department.

What You'll Do:
Lead and oversee all operations within the Parts Department Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships Support service technicians and retail customers with accurate, timely parts solutions Develop and coach parts team members to deliver excellent service Track performance metrics and drive profitability
What We're Looking For:
Prior Parts Manager or Assistant Manager experience preferred Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to collaborate across service, sales, and leadership teams Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment
Compensation:
$6,000•$7,000/month depending on experience, plus commission and performance bonuses.

$70,000.00•$80,000.00 per year
