What You'll Do
Lead and supervise daily operations including trucking, shipping, and receiving
Develop and implement efficient operation operational strategies to drive productivity and reduce costs.
Maintain branch inventory, minimizing loss due to fraud, quality issues, or miscounts.
Collaborate with the Area Operations Manager to develop forecasts, budgets, and business plans.
Demonstrate strong front-line leadership by coaching, mentoring, and developing team members while fostering accountability and engagement
Resolve customer and employee issues promptly and professionally
Support sales objectives by ensuring timely and accurate product delivery and service execution.
Maintain facility cleanliness, equipment condition, and regulatory compliance
Participate in community engagement networking to enhance the company's reputation.
What You'll Need
3-5 years of management experience, preferably in construction services, logistics, or manufacturing.
Proven leadership skills with a results-driven and collaborative mindset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of transportation, logistics, material handling, and equipment maintenance.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
Ability to work in uncontrolled climate environment and in the elements
Your Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in operations, logistics, business, or related field.
High School Diploma or GED required
