In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire supply chain process related to shipping logistics, warehouse distribution, and blueprint handling to ensure seamless product flow from procurement to delivery. Your expertise will drive process improvements, optimize inventory management, and enhance overall supply chain efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence operational excellence in a fast-paced environment while fostering cross-functional collaboration and maintaining high standards of trade compliance and customer service. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end shipping logistics, including freight forwarding, transportation planning, and coordination with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to ensure timely delivery of goods. Oversee warehouse distribution activities, including inventory control, materials handling, stocking, and warehouse operations management using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems such as AS400. Lead blueprint management processes by reviewing technical drawings, ensuring accuracy in production planning and order fulfillment. Utilize data analysis tools like Excel data analysis, UPS Worldship, and supply chain analytics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify root causes of issues, and implement continuous process improvements. Experience in working in a print shop. Coordinate cross-functional communication among production planning, inventory management, customer service, and transportation teams to streamline operations. Practice safety protocols during manual handling and forklift operations while maintaining a safe working environment. Analyze demand planning data to forecast inventory needs accurately and manage stock levels effectively using inventory management systems. Qualifications Proven experience in supply chain management roles with a focus on shipping logistics, warehouse operations, or blueprint handling. Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in, Excel (including spreadsheets), UPS Worldship and Adobe Suite Platforms. Hands-on experience with warehouse distribution processes, inventory control systems, procurement practices, and transportation management systems. Knowledge of freight forwarding (NVOCC), trade compliance regulations, international trade procedures, and customs documentation. Demonstrated ability in negotiation with vendors and 3PL providers to secure favorable terms while ensuring service excellence. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation planning tools, demand planning software, and supply chain analytics platforms. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to identify root causes of operational issues and implement effective solutions for process improvement. Strong organizational skills combined with cross-functional communication capabilities to coordinate complex logistics activities efficiently.
