Full-Time, Onsite | Flexible 9/80 Work Schedule We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead purchasing, sourcing, logistics, inventory, receiving, and shipping operations for a growing manufacturing organization. This leadership role is responsible for driving supplier performance, ensuring material availability, reducing costs, supporting production goals, and maintaining compliance with quality and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Lead purchasing, receiving, shipping, freight, and inventory teams. Develop supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements. Manage sourcing strategies, vendor onboarding, and supplier performance programs. Oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counts, material traceability, and ERP transactions. Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure on-time delivery and operational efficiency. Support compliance with AS9100, FAR/DFAR, government contracting requirements, and quality standards. Collaborate with Operations, Production, Sales, Accounting, and Program Management teams. Drive continuous improvement, cost savings initiatives, and supply chain optimization efforts. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field. 10+ years of supply chain, purchasing, or procurement experience in a manufacturing environment. Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional supply chain operations. Strong negotiation, supplier management, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with MRP/ERP systems; QAD experience preferred. Knowledge of inventory control, logistics, sourcing, and Lean Manufacturing principles. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Schedule Process Flexible 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off.
