Stroke Neurologist / Neuro Hospitalist Opening in Westminster, MD Located 35 miles from Baltimore Position Details Seeking a Stroke Neurologist/Neuro Hospitalist to join a growing center of excellence. MD or DO from an accredited medical school Successful completion of Neurology residency with a fellowship in stroke BE/BC in Neurology Ability to successfully obtain Maryland medical license without restrictions Current DEA license Excellent communication skills and must work well in a team environment Seeking a highly engaged physician to join our Stroke Neurologist Team Employed, full-time hospital-based position with Tele Neuro coverage for other locations Facility has 15 Neurologists and the Stroke Neurologist team has 5 physicians and over 25 APPs Robust support staff 24/7 Neuro critical care service, 24/7 APP coverage RAPID software available at all practice sites EMR Cerner Call coverage split between Stroke Neuro team Research opportunities available Enjoy the reward of teaching residents Weekly collaborative stroke vascular conference and bi-weekly CME conference Benefits Relocation reimbursement Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) 403(b) Retirement plan 457(b) Deferred compensation plan Annual paid time off Medical liability insurance with tail coverage CME allowances (5 days of CME, up to $2500 with receipts) Life insurance All medical staff dues and credentialing fees are reimbursed Discounted membership at health and fitness center Free parking
