We are seeking an Inventory Supervisor to join our Operations & Maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administration, coordination, and management of the responsibilities set forth below. This role will be based out of Ann Arbor, Michigan. Key Responsibilities Setting up new inventory warehouses and develop processes and procedures to maintain the proper stock levels and accurate count. Will lead all procurement requirements for the Operations & Maintenance department. Inventory Supervisor will need problem-solving skills to come up with ways to improve overall efficiency and overcome inventory problems. Executes the sourcing process for the Operations & Maintenance department. Analyzes responses to complex bid requests, points out commercial differences, and makes succinct recommendations in selecting appropriate suppliers for contract awards. Develops new sources of supply and monitors ongoing supplier performance. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Supervisor/ Management Experience:
2+ years Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook In addition to base pay, the total annual compensation package may also include eligibility to participate in our bonus and equity programs.
