VP of Operations Join Our Team We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Manager to oversee our shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations. The successful candidate will ensure the efficient movement of materials and finished goods while maintaining compliance with company procedures, customer requirements, and our Quality Management System (QMS). This position plays a critical role in supporting on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Coordinate all outbound shipments, including customer orders, inventory transfers, and returned materials. Prepare domestic ground and air shipments in accordance with applicable carrier and regulatory requirements. Manage all Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight, including packaging, Bills of Lading (BOLs), freight quotes, and carrier scheduling. Receive incoming materials and verify shipments against purchase orders and receiving documentation. Maintain accurate receiving records, inventory transactions, and document control in accordance with company procedures. Perform weekly inventory cycle counts and assist with inventory replenishment, subject to management approval. Monitor warehouse shipping supplies and coordinate replenishment with management approval. Track open customer orders and collaborate with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery, including expedited shipments. Assist with preparing compliance documentation for drop-ship vendors and customer-specific requirements. Support fulfillment of web-based customer orders. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment while following company safety procedures. Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance logistics efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Comply with all company policies, quality procedures, and

Quality Management System requirements. Qualifications Required 3+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or supply chain management. Experience with ground, air, and LTL freight shipping. Knowledge of Bills of Lading (BOLs), freight documentation, and inventory control processes. Strong organizational and time management skills. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory or ERP software. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Experience working within an
ISO 9001
certified manufacturing or distribution environment. Knowledge of document control and quality management systems. Hazmat Shipping experience helpful, but will train the correct cadidate Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform warehouse activities throughout the workday. Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment as required.
