Job Description
The selected candidate will be a high energy, results-driven individual who will oversee the pilot parts management for all export affiliates parts. The role of the position is to ensure we are ordering and shipping the correct parts, in the correct quantities, at the correct time to our customers. The candidate for this position should have the ability to manage multiple issues and quickly adapt to changing business requirements.
This position will act as the primary interface between Stellantis and our Global customer plants and is responsible to ensure the supply of parts and components. The position is required to interface with functional groups such as Engineering, Finance, Supplier Quality, Purchasing, and Material & Logistics Management.
The candidates' responsibilities include:
Manage pilot and pre-production builds for affiliate builds Cross functional communication between NA engineering, program managers, affiliate, buyers, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials to ECCManage weekly calls with IRF plants on pilot requirementsCommunicate with suppliers on inbound materials needed for pilot build Manage ocean and air transport of materials flowing through IRF ECC to minimize cost and support on time delivery Pilot list brush up, to ensure materials requirements are streamlined through NA systems prior to production (bulk) orders i.e. (missing PO, approved

) Create weekly pilot list for awareness of critical issues Assist with coordinating shipments and shipping routes to deliver parts Ensure steady part flow to avoid production delaysBasic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field1+ years of supply chain experienceCross-functional experience in supply chain management disciplinesPrior experience interacting with multi-disciplinary and operational teamsExtremely organized, good planner, independent, and detail orientedProven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesAbility to work with cross-functional teams as well as ability to lead teams and 3PLExcellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask within tight deadlinesAdvanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Google Suite skillsFamiliarity with Stellantis systems (change management, capacity, logistics, international packaging, purchasing)Demonstrated ability to work effectively in global multi-cultural environmentsPreferred Qualifications:
