Role Overview As a Materials Coordinator, you¿ll provide leadership and direction within Supply Chain Management, ensuring the efficient distribution, receiving, and ordering of medical supplies and materials. Your role is essential in supporting inpatient departments and maintaining the smooth operation of our integrated health system. You¿ll collaborate with vendors and distribution agents to meet the needs of our healthcare teams and patients. What You Will Do Distribute, receive, prepare, and dispatch medical supplies and materials. Order necessary materials and supplies to support daily operations. Collaborate with vendors and distribution agents to ensure timely delivery of goods. Respond to special requests and provide administrative support as needed. Maintain accurate records of inventory and supply chain activities. Minimum of 1-3 months of prior work experience. Ability to verbally communicate effectively with all levels of personnel.
