Job Purpose As a Logistics Manager based out of Sterling Heights, MI, you will lead a team of drivers while coordinating daily logistics operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality waste collection services. Acting as a liaison between drivers, customers, and internal teams, you will provide real-time support, oversee route performance, and drive continuous improvements to enhance both the driver and customer experience.
