Job Overview The Parts Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the daily operations of the New, Used, and CLAAS Parts Departments. This role focuses on integrating and aligning department operations to create efficient, standardized, and scalable processes while ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence. The Parts Manager works closely with internal teams and customers to support parts availability, inventory accuracy, and timely order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities Lead the daily operations of the New, Used, and CLAAS Parts Departments. Drive the integration and alignment of parts operations by implementing consistent, efficient, and scalable processes across all departments. Support order fulfillment activities to ensure timely delivery of parts, meet internal service commitments, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Oversee inventory management activities, including inventory accuracy, replenishment planning, cycle counts, and inventory control measures to optimize service levels, operational efficiency, and cost objectives. Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with vendors and internal departments to maintain appropriate stock availability. Assist customers in person, by phone, and through electronic communication by providing product information, parts identification, pricing, and quotations. Ensure prompt, accurate processing of customer orders and resolve parts-related issues in a professional and timely manner. Work closely with the Service and Sales Departments to support equipment repairs, customer needs, and overall business objectives. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and team members. Monitor department performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement best practices to increase productivity and customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
