ABOUT VERTS NEIGHBORHOOD DISPENSARY

Verts Neighborhood Dispensary is a growing, multi-state cannabis retailer with locations across Missouri and Colorado. We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized leader to oversee inventory operations at our Pacific location and ensure our products, records, and processes remain accurate, compliant, and efficient.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day inventory operations of the dispensary. This is a hands-on position for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a highly regulated environment.

The Inventory Manager will:

Oversee all incoming and outgoing inventory Receive, verify, and accurately record product deliveries Maintain accurate inventory counts and records Conduct regular cycle counts and full inventory counts as required Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies Ensure products are properly labeled, stored, tracked, and displayed Maintain compliance with all state and local cannabis inventory regulations Monitor product movement, inventory levels, and expiration dates Coordinate inventory transfers between locations as needed Work closely with purchasing and corporate teams to maintain appropriate inventory levels Identify slow-moving, low-stock, or high-demand products and communicate trends to leadership Ensure all inventory documentation and records are complete and accurate Maintain organized and secure inventory storage areas Train and coach team members on proper inventory procedures Assist with audits, inspections, and compliance requirements Help develop and improve inventory processes and procedures Ensure inventory operations support an efficient and positive customer experience

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Previous inventory, retail, warehouse, or operations management experience preferred Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Experience with inventory management systems and/or POS systems Ability to accurately track large amounts of information and identify discrepancies Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain accurate records Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment Strong computer and technology skills Ability to work independently while also collaborating with store and corporate leadership High level of integrity, reliability, and accountability Ability to handle sensitive information and financial transactions with discretion Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed High school diploma or equivalent required Cannabis industry experience or knowledge of cannabis products and regulations is a plus

Pay:

$40,000.00 - $48,800.00 per year
