Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead U.S. operations across warehouse management, logistics, project execution, inventory, and vendor management. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for building scalable processes, managing day-to-day execution, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The Operations Manager will also work closely with our German headquarters and U.S. leadership team. Key Responsibilities Manage projects from order and staging through delivery, installation, teardown, and returns. Lead warehouse and yard operations, including inventory, staging, maintenance, and material handling. Coordinate labor, equipment, transportation, and materials to meet project schedules. Oversee inbound/outbound freight, inventory accuracy, asset utilization, and logistics costs. Select and manage transportation providers, installation crews, equipment vendors, and other partners. Develop SOPs, operational processes, and scalable workflows. Track and improve KPIs including on-time delivery, labor productivity, inventory accuracy, utilization, and project costs. Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety, permitting, and operational requirements. Identify and develop U.S.-based suppliers to improve lead times and reduce overseas shipping dependency. Lead warehouse staff, project managers, installation teams, and contractors as operations grow. Qualifications 8-10+ years of progressive operations experience in construction, industrial, logistics, manufacturing, modular building, or a related environment. 5+ years managing warehouse, logistics, inventory, field operations, and/or vendors. 3+ years in an operations leadership role. Proven experience building or scaling operational processes, teams, or facilities. Experience managing subcontractors, transportation providers, installation crews, and vendors. Strong project management, planning, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Working knowledge of OSHA and operational safety requirements. ERP/inventory management system experience preferred. Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience is a plus.
