Marathon is looking for an experienced logistics manager that has a good work history coupled with a good work ethic. Our ideal candidate for this position will have, but not required, is a 4-year degree in logistics and supply chain management, or the equivalent in Military service with a logistics MOS. Compensation will be based on experience/qualifications and negotiated at the time of interviews. Degrees are not required. Marathon Electrical Contractors are an equal opportunity employer. Responsibilities Must collect all incoming delivery slips from any incoming delivery and logged into Procore (Construction management software).
Example:
Gravel, Concrete, Concrete Pump, Dirt work, Rigging, Hydrovac or anything else required. Will be required to provide delivery slips to accounts payable for monthly invoice approvals. Must manage and ensure the accuracy of material storage within the warehouse. Must facilitate the establishment of onsite material requests from onsite management. Must establish and manage incoming shipments of ordered materials. To include notifying project superintendents of daily deliveries. Must manage site material check sheets with in KOJO (an all-in-one software that gives us more visibility of purchasing process form request to deliver) Must collaborate with different divisions within Marathon to enhance logistics. Must establish how the flow of materials will be distributed throughout the project. Must coordinate with the fabrication shop schedules, and shipments of fabricated products for proper storage. Must establish a good line of communication with onsite project management of low material storage quantities. To include notifying project management and material purchaser of material backorders.
