Job Description

We're Hiring an Experienced Parts Manager A successful automotive dealership is seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Manager to lead a high-performing parts department. This is a confidential search for a proven leader who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service, maximizing profitability, maintaining inventory accuracy, and developing a strong team.
Compensation:
Competitive pay based on experience . Qualifications 5+ years Previous Dealership Automotive Parts Manager experience is required Strong leadership and team management skills Experience managing dealership parts operations, inventory, and personnel Proven ability to increase parts sales, inventory efficiency, and departmental profitability Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) is preferred Responsibilities Oversee all daily parts department operations Manage inventory levels, ordering, stocking, and obsolescence Lead, coach, and develop the parts team Work closely with the service department to ensure timely parts availability Monitor departmental performance, gross profit, and inventory turns Maintain manufacturer and dealership standards Deliver exceptional customer service to retail, wholesale, and internal customers We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation Professional, team-oriented work environment Opportunity to lead a successful, high-volume parts department Confidential inquiries are welcome.
