Schedule:

We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented PRN Materials Management Technician to step in when needed - helping ensure our staff always have the supplies and equipment necessary to provide exceptional patient care. Work Environment:
Supportive, team-oriented, and rooted in community values What You'll Do Process supply requisitions from hospital departments promptly Order, transport, and stock medical supplies and equipment Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against purchase orders Label supplies with charge/price stickers for accurate billing Conduct inventory counts and maintains stock levels Coordinate with vendors in the Director's absence Follow all safety guidelines and wear PPE as needed Assist with other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For Required:
High School Diploma or GED 1+ year of Materials Management/Purchasing experience in a healthcare setting
Preferred:
Medical terminology knowledge Proficient computer skills and ability to communicate effectively with hospital staff Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills Ability to work independently and under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude Team player with a professional, friendly demeanor Physical ability to lift, push, and move heavy supply loads, stand for long periods, and perform bending or twisting motions If you're ready to play a vital role in supporting patient care on a flexible schedule, we'd love to have you on our PRN team!
