Our growing manufacturing client is looking for a Strategic on-site Planning and Production Control Leader to drive two critical Business Units. A strong Team Leader with a history of building out SIOP processes in a lean manufacturing can thrive!
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Demand Planning and Supply Planning Excellence Lead Purchasing and Inventory Control functions Foster inventory optimization practices Lead a team of 7+ Supply Chain and Procurement personnel Collaborate cross-functionally to drive best-in-class
Planning and Supplier Management Processes Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree 8+ years of Supply Chain experience in a manufacturing environment 4+ years of Supply Chain/Materials team leadership in a manufacturing environment Adept communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
