Supply Chain Coordinator - $30/HR Reports to: Supply Chain Manager About the Role Support the day-to-day supply chain and logistics operations — keeping vendor relationships strong, inventory accurate, and materials flowing to production on time. What You'll Do Order packaging and ingredients based on production forecasts (MRP) Manage NC warehouse inventory and track incoming deliveries Process purchase orders and confirm deliveries match forecasts Coordinate with the plant scheduler on material/packaging changes Verify POs in QAD for invoicing Build supplier relationships; track pricing, availability, and lead times Investigate cycle count discrepancies (weekly/quarterly) Work with receiving on incoming shipments; log deliveries Set up carrier/load info in QAD Support new barcode/scanning system rollout Flag safety, quality, or SQF issues; escalate bigger problems to manager What You Need HS diploma/GED (Associate's degree a plus) 3+ years of related experience ERP system experience Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing shifting workloads Good communicator, works well independently and on a team Proficient in Microsoft Office Nice to Have Food/beverage or manufacturing experience Background in purchasing, inventory, or order management
