Job Description

Head of Supply Chain & Logistics Overview A growing manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced supply chain leader to build, scale, and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations. This individual will play a key role in establishing processes, driving continuous improvement, and developing a high-performing team in a dynamic and evolving environment. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys building structure, leading change, and partnering cross-functionally to support operational growth and business objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals. Lead initiatives focused on improving service, efficiency, scalability, and operational performance. Establish and monitor key performance indicators across planning, inventory, logistics, and overall supply chain operations. Drive continuous improvement efforts utilizing industry best practices and process optimization methodologies. Support business growth initiatives through effective planning and supply chain readiness. Partner closely with Operations, Finance, Commercial, and Procurement teams to ensure alignment and execution. Oversee demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and logistics functions. Develop inventory strategies that balance customer service, working capital, and operational risk. Lead, mentor, and develop a growing supply chain team. Ensure strong supplier and supply chain performance while maintaining operational continuity. Ideal Background Significant leadership experience within supply chain, operations, or logistics functions. Proven success leading supply chain planning, inventory optimization, and operational improvement initiatives. Experience in manufacturing environments, preferably within complex or regulated industries. Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change, process transformation, and team development. Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and globally connected operations. Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities. Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Pay Details:
