Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our supply chain operations. This pivotal role involves overseeing the end-to-end management of procurement, logistics and inventory control, to ensure seamless business continuity. This is a hands-on leadership role. We move quickly, solve problems, and expect our leaders to drive results. You'll have the opportunity to make a visible impact, build scalable solutions, and help shape how we operate as we grow. What You'll Do Lead Supply Chain, including S&OP, inventory, customer service, logistics, warehousing, and co-manufacturer relationships. Partner cross-functionally to successfully launch new products and transition them into ongoing operations. Improve ERP processes, planning tools, and business systems. Drive performance across service, forecast accuracy, inventory, logistics, and supplier performance. Build strong partnerships with manufacturing, warehouses, logistics providers, and key suppliers. Develop your team while creating a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement. Balance strategy with execution. You'll improve long-term processes while solving day-to-day operational challenges. What You'll Bring 7+ years of progressive Supply Chain or Operations leadership in tobacco, food manufacturing or consumer packaged goods. Bachelors degree in supply chain, management, business or related Experience leading S&OP, logistics, and supplier management. Experience supporting new product launches. Success in a growing business where leaders are expected to both lead and do. Confidence making decisions without a large support organization. Experience with ERP systems, planning tools, analytics, and Excel. AI experience is a plus. A passion for building systems, developing people, and continuously improving how a business operates.
Pay:
Up to $125,000.00 per year
