August 10, 2026 Job Summary Voltage is seeking Production Associates. The Production Staff role is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations by performing hands-on production activities in accordance with safety, quality, and productivity standards. This position plays a vital role in ensuring efficient production flow, product quality, and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This individual will collaborate closely with supervisors, engineers, and fellow production team members to meet operational goals. Job Summary Perform hands-on manufacturing tasks such as assembling components, operating production equipment, and preparing materials for processing. Follow work instructions, production schedules, and standard operating procedures to complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently. Inspect materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications and company standards. Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns to a supervisor promptly. Work collaboratively with supervisors and fellow production team members to support smooth workflow and on-time production. Maintain a clean, organized, safe workstation — 5S practices Participate in daily start-up meetings, toolbox talks, and continuous improvement activities Cross-train in adjacent operations to build flexibility Work Experience/Education/Skills Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift, perform repetitive hand motions, and distinguish colors (for wire color coding) Strong hand dexterity and attention to detail Willingness to learn and follow standard work Basic math and reading skills for interpreting work instructions and labels Prior manufacturing experience (any industry) Wire harness, electronics assembly, or soldering experience Hand tool familiarity (crimpers, strippers, pliers) Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. The Company will not sponsor or take over sponsorship of any employment visa, including without limitation, H-1B, O-1, E-3, TN status, or I-485 job portability or similar immigration processes.
