We are looking for a hands-on leader who can grow parts sales and gross profit, maintain strong inventory controls, support technician productivity, develop wholesale business, and deliver the level of service expected from a luxury automotive brand. Responsibilities Manage all daily operations of the

Parts Department Lead, train, develop, and hold Parts Department employees accountable Manage OEM parts inventory and maintain appropriate stocking levels Monitor and improve parts sales and gross profit Maintain a strong parts fill rate and level of service Reduce aging, obsolete, and non-moving inventory Maintain accurate inventory and conduct regular cycle counts Manage special orders, returns, cores, warranty parts, and manufacturer returns Ensure technicians receive the correct parts quickly to minimize shop downtime Work closely with the Service Manager and Fixed Operations Director Develop and grow retail and wholesale parts business Build relationships with independent repair facilities, collision centers, and wholesale customers Monitor pricing, margins, discounts, and department expenses Maintain strong processes for receiving stocking, invoicing, and inventory adjustments Review department KPIs and develop action plans when goals are not being achieved Maintain compliance with INFINITI/Nissan policies, programs, and manufacturer standards Utilize Dealertrack DMS and NNAnet for daily department operations, reporting, inventory management, parts ordering, and manufacturer programs Qualifications & Experience The ideal candidate will have: Previous automotive dealership Parts Department experience required Parts Manager or Assistant Parts Manager experience strongly preferred INFINITI or Nissan dealership experience strongly preferred Dealertrack DMS experience required NNAnet experience strongly preferred Experience with INFINITI/Nissan parts ordering, returns, programs, and manufacturer processes Strong inventory-management and inventory-control skills Understanding of parts sales, gross profit, pricing, and departmental financial performance Experience managing aging and obsolete inventory Experience developing and maintaining wholesale parts business Strong leadership, accountability, and employee-development skills Ability to analyze Dealertrack reports and use department data to improve performance Ability to work effectively with technicians, service advisors, management, vendors, and customers Strong organizational skills and attention to detail What Success Looks Like Our Parts Manager will be expected to drive measurable improvement in: Parts Sales | Gross Profit | Fill Rate | Inventory Accuracy | Inventory Aging | Obsolescence | Wholesale Growth | Technician Support | Customer Satisfaction We are looking for someone who takes ownership of the department, understands the numbers, holds their team accountable, and has a clear plan for improving performance.
