Supply Chain Manager Our growing manufacturing client is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for their dynamic team. Responsibilities of the Supply Chain Manager Oversee inventory, purchasing, materials planning, and logistics operations Develop strong supplier relationships and negotiating contracts to support business objectives Collaborate with production, planning, and quality teams to ensure material availability and on-time delivery Analyze data and trends to forecast demand, improve efficiency, and reduce costs Identify supply chain risks and implement contingency plans to minimize disruptions Monitor transportation activity and maintain efficient product flow Lead and mentor supply chain personnel while promoting continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, quality standards, and company requirements Qualifications of the Supply Chain Manager Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field 5+ years of supply chain, purchasing, materials planning, or logistics leadership experience Experience working with ERP systems; SAP experience preferred Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance We look forward to connecting with you about this Supply Chain Manager opportunity!
