This role requires computer skills, organization, effective time management, and a strong level of communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage shipments using carriers such as FedEx hip Manager and freight providers. Maintain and update address books, client distribution lists, and shipping databases. Verify shipments align with fulfillment schedules and production timelines. Track and maintain inventory of shipping materials. Monitor outbound shipments and track delivery status. Resolve logistical issues including address errors, shipping delays, or customs documentation discrepancies. Coordinate with Fulfillment and Production teams to ensure shipping readiness. Ensure compliance with carrier requirements and packaging standards.Qualifications:
Experience in logistics, shipping, or distribution supervision. 3-5 years in a logistics/shipping role. Strong computer skills and familiarity with shipping systems. Experience with FedEx/UPS/DHL Shipping software. Microsoft Excel experience Excellent organization and documentation management abilities.Benefits
