The Parts Manager is responsible for meeting the established goals for profit and return on investment. Accomplishes objectives through the use of proper purchasing procedures and inventory control. Essential Functions Forecasts goals and objectives for the department including required inventory, pricing, ROI and profit margins Monitors employees daily productivity reports and corresponding payroll records Maintains a balanced inventory consistent with the requirements of the service department, body shop, wholesale accounts. Monitors and adjusts inventory to minimize obsolescence of parts in inventory Ensures that all parts are properly tagged so that the dealership recovers full credit from the factory Maintains accounts receivables for parts department Directs parts delivery program to wholesale customers Follows all attendance and punctuality standards 3-5 Years Automotive Parts Manager Experience 3 Years Dealership Experience Reynolds and Reynolds $85,000 to $125,000
