Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
  • Deep expertise in
SAP S/4HANA
Order Fulfillment with strong focus on aATP (Advanced Available-to-Promise)
  • Proven experience in Aerospace & Defense (A&D) Aftermarket business processes including:
  • Spare Parts Planning & Distribution
  • MRO / Service Parts Fulfillment
  • Repair loops & service logistics
  • Strong hands-on configuration knowledge in:
  • Product Allocation (PAL)
  • Backorder Processing (BOP)
  • Supply Assignment (ARun)
  • Alternative-Based Confirmation (ABC)
  • End-to-end integration knowledge across:
  • SD (Sales & Distribution)
  • MM / IM (Inventory Management)
PP / IBP
/ Demand Planning
  • EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)
  • Expertise in S/4HANA embedded analytics & Fiori apps for ATP visibility
  • Experience leading large-scale S/4HANA transformation programs
  • Strong domain understanding of:
  • A&D compliance (ITAR, export control)
  • Serialized inventory & traceability
  • Global supply chain complexity (multi-plant, multi-echelon)
  • Experience with IBP integration and supply-demand balancing
  • Prior exposure to
RAP, GATP
(legacy), and transition to aATP
  • Strong stakeholder management with CxO-level engagement Roles & Responsibilities Strategic Leadership
  • Lead global S/4HANA aATP transformation strategy for A&D aftermarket business
  • Define target operating model for spare parts fulfillment & service logistics
  • Partner with business leadership to drive inventory optimization and service level improvement Solution Design & Delivery
  • Architect and govern aATP solution design across global distribution networks
  • Drive design for: o Allocation strategies for constrained supply o Real-time order promising across multiple plants/warehouses o Service-level differentiated fulfillment models
  • Ensure alignment with IBP, EWM, and downstream logistics systems Program Governance
  • Lead multi-stream teams
  • Drive >95% on-time milestone delivery and program predictability
  • Establish KPI frameworks: o Order Fill Rate o OTIF (On Time In Full) o Backorder reduction o Inventory turns improvement
  • Provide executive reporting (SteerCo, KPI dashboards, risk mitigation) Client Engagement
  • Serve as trusted advisor to CxO stakeholders
  • Drive value realization (cost reduction, working capital optimization, service excellence)
  • Lead workshops, design reviews, and solution governance boards Transformation & Innovation
  • Drive adoption of: o Predictive ATP o AI-led supply allocation strategies o Control tower visibility
  • Identify opportunities for: o Automation o Digital aftermarket services o Advanced analytics Generic Managerial Skills, If any
  • Executive leadership with proven ability to lead global transformation programs
  • Strong decision-making and conflict resolution capabilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to align cross-functional teams under a unified vision
  • Mentorship and leadership development for delivery teams
Base Salary Range :
$180,000 to $250,000
