Key Responsibilities:
Manage all daily operations of the Parts Department Oversee inventory levels, ordering, and obsolescence control Support retail, wholesale, online, and internal service parts operations Partner with the Service Department to ensure timely parts availability Monitor department performance and identify opportunities for improvement Lead, train, and develop Parts Department team members Maintain exceptional customer service standards and vendor relationships
Qualifications:
