The ideal candidate is a highly organized operations professional with experience in claims, deductions, or customer operations who excels at issue resolution, stakeholder management, and driving results in a fast-paced environment..

9 Months (extension/conversion possible)
Pay Range:
$41 - $47 hourly What's the Job? Lead the daily operating rhythm for claims, deductions, repayments, and cash-on-account activities, including workflow prioritization, aging reviews, risk identification, and issue escalation. Partner with Sales, Customer Development, Customer Support, Finance, Collections, and third-party providers to drive issue resolution, clarify ownership, and maintain service continuity. Monitor and report on aging, backlog, SLA adherence, resolution velocity, escalation cycle times, and operational performance metrics. Identify recurring issues, root causes, process gaps, and improvement opportunities while driving corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives. Support audit readiness, SOP development, process documentation, operational controls, transition activities, and business continuity efforts during organizational change. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field preferred; - OR- e quivalent experience will be considered. 5+ years of experience in claims, deductions, accounts receivable, logistics, trade management, customer operations, finance operations, or a related function. Demonstrated ability to lead operational workflows, manage competing priorities, drive escalations, and resolve issues in a high-volume environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, reporting tools, ERP systems, claims management, deduction management, or workflow management platforms . Strong analytical skills with experience using aging reports, KPIs, dashboards, trends, and root-cause analysis to identify risks and drive performance improvements. What's in it for me?
