Our mission is to empower optimal health by restoring function at the cellular level. BodyBio is seeking an experienced Senior Logistics Manager to oversee order fulfillment, warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, freight management, and logistics performance. This role serves as a key connection between our customers and supply chain operations, ensuring orders are processed accurately, shipped on time, and supported by responsive customer service. The Senior Logistics Manager will initially oversee an order entry resource and two warehouse shipping and receiving employees. Key Responsibilities Order Fulfillment Manage daily order processing across retail, healthcare practitioner, and e-commerce channels. Review and process orders received through EDI, email, and customer portals. Partner with Accounting to ensure orders are invoiced accurately and promptly. Coordinate picking, packing, and shipment verification, including SKU, quantity, lot, and expiration-date accuracy. Schedule full truckload (FTL), less-than-truckload (LTL), and small-parcel transportation. Maintain an open-orders report and monitor orders through final delivery and closure. Research and resolve order exceptions, holds, returns, and delivery discrepancies. Process product sample requests for conferences, lunch-and-learns, and prospective customers. Customer Service and Issue Resolution Maintain practitioner account information in NetSuite and Shopify. Respond to customer inquiries and Gorgias support tickets within 24 hours. Document practitioner complaints and route them to the appropriate department. Collaborate with internal teams, warehouses, vendors, and third-party logistics providers to resolve service issues. Monitor customer performance scorecards and identify areas for improvement. Conduct root-cause analyses of performance deficiencies. Develop and monitor corrective action plans to improve service and on-time performance. Warehouse and Inventory Management Ensure incoming inventory is received and processed accurately. Oversee accurate and efficient picking, packing, shipping, and receiving activities. Maintain inventory accuracy through scheduled cycle counts and monthly physical counts. Identify opportunities to improve warehouse layout, workflow, productivity, and space utilization. Support and supervise warehouse shipping and receiving personnel. Freight and Carrier Management Conduct requests for proposals (RFPs), negotiate rates, and establish agreements with trucking and small-parcel providers. Develop processes for selecting the most cost-effective FTL, LTL, and small-parcel shipping options. Coordinate internal inventory transfers using the most efficient transportation methods. Forecast carrier capacity needs and establish plans to support future growth. Monitor freight-provider performance, costs, and service levels. Freight Invoice Processing Review freight invoices for accuracy and compliance with contracted rates and payment tolerances. Investigate charges that fall outside established tolerances and obtain approval when required. Assign applicable cost centers and provide payment details to Accounting. Follow up with service providers regarding missing or outstanding invoices. Provide proof-of-delivery documentation to Accounting as needed. Reporting, Budgeting, and Projects Generate sales and operational reports through NetSuite. Track and report order-processing and shipping costs per case. Develop logistics budgets, forecasts, dashboards, and performance metrics. Provide insight into monthly and quarterly warehouse and shipping results. Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency. Support supply chain planning, sales operations, and business expansion initiatives. Perform ad hoc analysis and provide financial and operational decision support. Blood Test and Kit Administration Receive, prepare, and enter blood and fatty-acid tests into BioCell. Generate billing and tracking reports and coordinate payment processing with Accounting. Distribute patient reports to practitioners and maintain required records. Create BioCell accounts for new practitioners. Process and ship fatty-acid kit requests. Maintain blood-test, fatty-acid-test, and new-practitioner account logs. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred in supply chain management, logistics, business, finance, accounting, mathematics, or a related field. At least five years of logistics management experience. Experience leading warehouse, shipping, receiving, or order-fulfillment teams. Experience managing freight carriers and FTL, LTL, and small-parcel shipments. Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory and order accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Experience with order management or ERP systems; NetSuite experience is strongly preferred.

$85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
