Full Job Description Core Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of production planning experience encompassing the full manufacturing cycle from design and procurement through fabrication, assembly, testing, and shipment
Preferred Requirements:
Experience supporting complex, multi-level manufacturing environments Strong understanding of inventory optimization, capacity planning, forecasting, and material flow This position will lead production planning and material coordination activities to ensure customer demand is met while maintaining disciplined inventory levels and efficient manufacturing flow. This individual will connect Sales, Operations, and Purchasing through accurate forecasting, production planning, and material requirements management.
Responsibilities:
Develop short- and long-range production plans that balance customer demand, manufacturing capacity, material availability, lead times, and inventory objectives Manage MRP planning parameters, planned orders, production schedules, and rescheduling activities to maintain alignment with changing business requirements Coordinate closely with Purchasing and Operations to identify material constraints, resolve scheduling conflicts, and proactively address supply risks Monitor work-in-process and material flow throughout the manufacturing cycle to support schedule attainment and timely completion of customer orders Strengthen inventory performance through cycle counting, material controls, disposition of nonconforming materials, and improved inventory turnover CiresiMorek is a team of experienced industry professionals known for a hands-on, relationship-driven approach.
