Good afternoon Dano, We are urgently recruiting for an Inventory Manager to join our team at our Newton, NJ warehouse . We are seeking an experienced candidate with strong inventory management experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Please prioritize this position and share any qualified candidates as soon as possible. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to manage inventory operations at our Newton, NJ warehouse and oversee inventory management at our Dresden, TN location. The ideal candidate will have strong inventory control experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, and advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Responsibilities Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for Newton and Dresden. Oversee receiving, inventory tracking, cycle counts, and physical inventories. Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and shortages. Monitor inventory levels and product movement. Prepare and analyze inventory reports using Microsoft Excel. Establish and maintain consistent inventory control procedures across both locations. Work closely with warehouse management, purchasing, sales, and senior management. Train and hold warehouse staff accountable for proper inventory procedures. Conduct periodic inventory audits and travel to the Dresden, TN location as needed. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in inventory management or inventory control. Previous experience managing warehouse inventory. Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Experience with ERP or inventory management systems. Ability to manage inventory across multiple locations. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Salary $60,000
