Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform counts and ensure all inventory is accounted for and reported according to company policy Investigate and correct discrepancies in reported quantities and locations of all inventories Responsible for the supervision of all inventory processes, staff performance and development, root cause analysis, and reporting for their assigned team Manage cycle counts of product inventories regularly Supervise Physical inventory for clients Responsible for counter & coordinator training, audits, and feedback Provide Coordinator Support and be the first point of contact for coordinator's concerns/issues Lead Projects Assign work/cases, track & manage on-time completion of cases, approvals, and monitor case closures to ensure accuracy Send case discrepancy escalations to operations o Manage the completion of daily reports & complete feedback logs for inventory control and Operations Lead others in safe work practices Notify client services when damaged/defective products are discovered Coordinate and align with various departments during an inventory process Train other employees in inventory management Expected to coordinate with peers and across multiple departments for additional resources, information, and equipment when needed Establish trusted relationships with operations to ensure quality service to the clients
Qualifications and Skills:
5 years of experience in retail or distribution center operations, with time spent in a leadership capacity such as Team Lead or Supervisor with an Emphasis on Inventory/Quality Control preferred Strong analytical and math skills and an understanding of administrative/clerical software and inventory management software are especially helpful General Microsoft application skills, intermediate-advanced excel skills, and general familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems Bilingual in Spanish is a plus 4-year College Degree or equivalent in industry experience Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
