Job Title:
IT Asset Management Lead Location:
Piscataway, NJ Job Type:
Full-Time Job Summary:
Lead warehouse, logistics, inventory, and IT asset management operations while managing the team and ensuring SLA/KPI delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage IT asset lifecycle, inventory, asset tagging, and warehouse operations. Lead and coach the operations team. Manage SLA/KPIs, reporting, quality, escalations, and customer/vendor relationships. Oversee device builds, repairs, deployments, recycling, and disposals. Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
Required Skills:
3+ years in warehouse/logistics . 2+ years managing IT end-user assets . Strong inventory/asset management experience. Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP). ServiceNow/CMDB preferred. Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.
Pay:
$28.00 - $32.00 per hour
