EV Options produces professional EV Ride & Drive events for electric utilities. We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Event Logistics & Production Manager who can jump in immediately. Think stage crew + event manager — with responsibility for our event assets and equipment. What You'll Do Manage event load-in, setup, breakdown, and load-out Take responsibility for the tracking, care, security, transportation, and protection of company assets and equipment Maintain inventory and ensure equipment is accounted for before and after every event Recruit and coordinate local day-of-event staff and brand ambassadors Train, assign, and manage event staff on-site Manage event-site logistics and troubleshoot problems Drive rental/cargo vehicles as needed Travel to events, including overnight trips What We're Looking For Extremely reliable, trustworthy, organized, and accountable Strong attention to detail and respect for company property Strong crew-management and communication skills Hands-on and comfortable with physical event work Able to think on your feet and solve problems independently Available for weekends, early mornings, and travel Valid driver's license and clean driving record Event production, stage crew, trade show, festival, AV, hospitality, staffing, or similar experience is preferred. EV experience is not required. Schedule & Pay $35-$40/hour depending on experience. Part-time, event-based work with a variable schedule. Approved business travel expenses are covered by EV Options.
