INVENTORY MANAGER - FIESTAS FEST 2026
(Las Vegas) Fiestas Fest is seeking an organized and dependable Inventory Manager to oversee all beverage inventory operations during one of Las Vegas' largest Latin music festivals. We are looking for a dependable leader who can stay organized under pressure, solve problems quickly, and ensure our beverage operations run smoothly throughout the festival. Accuracy, accountability, and teamwork are essential in this role. This position is responsible for managing inventory distribution, maintaining accurate counts, supervising inventory assistants, and ensuring all bars remain fully stocked throughout the event. The Inventory Manager will be responsible for managing inventory before, during, and after the event, ensuring all eight bars remain fully stocked while maintaining accurate inventory records. This leadership role works closely with bar managers, runners, and inventory assistants to coordinate restocks, receive deliveries, monitor inventory levels, and resolve any inventory discrepancies. Preferred previous inventory, warehouse, bar, restaurant, stadium, or festival experience and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, leadership, and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure are essential. This position requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing and walking for extended periods, and working efficiently throughout an approximately 11-12 hour shift. Applicants must be dependable, professional, and available to work both September 5 and 6, 2026. ⸻ Las Vegas, NV September 5-6, 2026 Approximately 11-12-hour shifts Responsibilities Manage all beverage inventory before, during, and after the festival. Supervise inventory assistants and coordinate inventory distribution. Receive and verify deliveries of beer, liquor, mixers, ice, cups, and bar supplies. Maintain accurate inventory counts and inventory logs throughout each shift. Prepare and stage restock orders for all 8 festival bars. Coordinate with runners and bar managers to fulfill restock requests efficiently. Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages during peak service. Investigate and report inventory discrepancies or damaged products. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and secure. Assist with opening inventory counts, end-of-day reconciliation, and post-event inventory. ⸻ Qualifications Must be 21 years or older Previous inventory, warehouse, restaurant, bar, nightclub, stadium, or festival experience preferred. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly. Reliable transportation. Basic math and inventory tracking skills. Ability to use radios and communicate effectively with management.
